Use Feastalytics from your AI assistant
Feastalytics connects to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Meta's Muse. Once connected, you can run your restaurant's marketing by asking in plain words, from the same chat you already use.
What you can do
The assistant works with your Feastalytics account the way you would. A few examples:
- Ask how a campaign is doing: "How did my happy hour campaign do last week?"
- Draft an automation: "Set up a text that goes out to new members a day after they sign up."
- Approve creators: "Show me the creators waiting for approval and approve the ones who fit our brand."
- Text a guest back: "Reply to the guest who asked about parking and tell them we have a lot out back."
How to connect
Claude
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Enter this URL:
https://mcp.feast-api.com/mcp - Sign in to your Feastalytics account and approve the connection.
This works on every Claude plan. The Free plan allows one custom connector.
When you connect, Feastalytics shows a consent page that names the app asking for access and where it will send you back. Check both before you approve.

What it can do
The assistant acts as you, with your roles in each of your organizations. It can read and change what you can in Feastalytics: campaigns, automations, funnels, guests and members, creators, ads, texting, onboarding, and data queries. It only does this through the actions it calls.
Some actions reach the real world:
- sending a text to a guest or creator
- publishing a campaign
- publishing or activating ads, which spends ad budget
- granting a member a reward
- inviting a teammate by email
The assistant takes these actions when you ask it to. AI assistants can make mistakes, so review what you ask it to do. Anything it does is done by your account.
What it cannot do
The integration cannot pay creators or buy phone numbers. Do those in the Feastalytics app.
Your data
Feastalytics does not receive or store your conversation with the assistant. We receive the actions the assistant calls and their inputs, and we return the results. We keep operational logs, such as errors, to run and secure the service.
Your conversation, and the data the assistant reads through the integration, are processed by your AI provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Meta) under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Feastalytics does not use integration data to train AI models.
Sessions and disconnecting
Access lasts one hour at a time and refreshes on its own. A connection ends 30 days after you sign in. After that, you sign in again.
To disconnect, remove the Feastalytics connector in your AI app. To end all of your sessions at once, contact Feastalytics support.
Terms and privacy
The integration is part of the Feastalytics service. It is covered by our End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy. Feastalytics may change or withdraw the integration. Questions? Reach us at feastalytics.com/support.
