AI assistants and integrations

Feastalytics offers an integration that lets AI assistants, such as Claude, ChatGPT and Meta's Muse, work with your Feastalytics account through a hosted connector at https://mcp.feast-api.com/mcp. This section explains what information moves through that integration and who handles it. More detail is on our AI integration page.

Connecting

You connect an AI assistant by signing in to your Feastalytics account and approving the connection on a Feastalytics consent page. That page names the app asking for access and where it will send you back.

What the assistant can access

Once connected, the assistant acts as you, with your roles in each of your organizations. It can read and change what you can in Feastalytics, including campaigns, automations, funnels, guests and members, creators, ads, texting, onboarding, and data queries. It does this only through the actions it calls.

What Feastalytics receives and keeps

Feastalytics does not receive or store your conversation with the assistant. We receive the actions the assistant calls and their inputs, and we return the results. We keep operational logs, such as errors, to run and secure the service.

Your AI provider

Your conversation, and the data the assistant reads through the integration, are processed by your AI provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Meta) under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Feastalytics does not use integration data to train AI models.

Sessions and disconnecting

Access lasts one hour at a time and refreshes automatically. A connection ends 30 days after you sign in, after which you sign in again. You can disconnect at any time by removing the connector in your AI app. You can also contact Feastalytics support to end all of your sessions.
