About Feast Analytics

Independent restaurants deserve a technology advantage.

We're building Feast so independent restaurant owners can use cutting-edge AI, data and automation without a big chain's budget or an in-house engineering team.

Feast Analytics helps restaurants grow revenue through food influencers, paid advertising, guest follow-up and revenue analysis. We build the software to run that work and understand the results. Based in New York, we serve restaurants nationwide.

From the restaurant floor to Feast.

Feast's story started in a New York City hospitality group. Brawner Quan began there as a server before becoming CMO, leading marketing for six restaurants.

Offer-based marketing is where Feast started. A guest sees an ad, signs up for an offer and redeems it at the restaurant. Connecting that redemption to the point-of-sale purchase let us answer the question behind the marketing budget: what did this actually bring in?

Tracking was only part of the problem. Owners also needed help making the ads and running the campaigns. We worked through strategies with restaurants, learned from the results and turned repeated work into software and AI agents. Brawner and co-founder Jason Xu, who previously built decision systems at Palantir, brought restaurant marketing and data engineering together.

Big-chain technology. Independent-restaurant speed.

Our mission is to give independent operators access to AI and technology that can rival what big chains have, without building a corporate technology department. Independence should mean more freedom to act, not fewer tools to work with.

A smaller team can spot a problem, decide what to try and put it to work without waiting for a company-wide rollout. Whether you want to test a marketing idea, change a report or build your own workflow, you should have the tools to act on it. We want independent restaurants to set the pace.

Making our restaurant data connector free is part of that mission. Feast maintains the underlying data foundation so you and your AI can build on it. Our marketing and automation products help when you want the execution handled for you.
