Feast product guide

Which Feast product is right for your restaurant?

Do you need someone to run your marketing, help understanding your numbers, or a way to use your POS data in AI? Those are different jobs. Here is what each Feast product handles.

For a one-off question, your POS report may be enough.

If your POS already shows the comparison you need, use that report. If you only need AI to examine one export, uploading a CSV can be enough. Check the dates, location and meaning of the numbers, and only share data you are allowed to upload.

A connector becomes useful when you want to build a custom workflow, keep repeating an export, or bring records together. Feast maintains the data connection your workflow relies on. Connecting the data is still different from having someone analyze it or run your marketing for you.

Remy

Build a repeatable food influencer program.

Remy runs recruitment ads so local food influencers can apply to work with your restaurant on your terms. After you approve an influencer, Remy handles scheduling, reminders and follow-up for their content.

Choose Remy when you want food influencers visiting consistently without personally managing each conversation. You still approve applicants, review content, provide the agreed meal and make decisions when an exception needs you.

What to know

Remy is not a loyalty program or a managed paid-ad service. Its software fee is separate from recruitment ads, meals and any additional compensation agreed with an influencer.

Revenue Analyzer

Understand your revenue before choosing the next investment.

Feast's Revenue Analyzer connects marketing and POS sales data to help you understand performance. Use it to explore how many additional customers and how much marketing investment a revenue goal would require.

Choose it when you want help making a decision, not someone to run campaigns. The analysis uses the available connected data. You supply cost assumptions for planning, so a sales goal does not get mistaken for a profit forecast.

What to know

The Revenue Analyzer does not include managed advertising. The free connector gives your AI access to data; the Analyzer is a separate analysis and planning product.

Feast Analytics

You set the revenue target. Feast runs the marketing.

You set a revenue target. Feast builds and runs the marketing plan, working around the clock to help you reach it. That includes food influencer marketing, paid advertising and guest follow-up, with measurement connected to your POS sales.

The Revenue Analyzer helps identify where to focus. Remy sources and manages the influencers. Feast runs the campaigns, measures results and keeps improving the plan. Strategy, execution, measurement and iteration are part of the same service, not another list of tasks for you to manage.

What to know

Advertising spend is separate from the product fee. The right campaign and what can be measured depend on your restaurant and the data available.

Free restaurant data connector

Build custom workflows without maintaining the data infrastructure.

Build the workflow you actually want: a Toast-to-Google-Sheets report, a custom text alert, or a tool for your restaurant. Feast gives you and your AI the restaurant data to build on, without first setting up a database, hosting a connector or writing your own POS integration.

Feast hosts and maintains the restaurant-data foundation: connections to supported Toast, Square and Clover systems, data imports, hosted storage for the available data, and tools for your AI to discover and query it. The connector, hosting and data storage are free. You do not need to run your own database or MCP server to use Feast's connection.

POS APIs limit how often you can request data. Feast imports supported records into its hosted data platform, so your workflow can query the available stored data rather than fetch every answer directly from your POS. Provider limits still affect imports.

You authorize your POS connection and choose a supported AI client. Setup confirms available history and the first workflow. Some POS systems require provider credentials or API access. Google Sheets reports, custom text alerts and other workflows may need additional connections and setup; they are not prebuilt automations included with every connection.

Included in the free data foundation

  • Connector hosting

Feast hosts and maintains the data connection. You do not need to deploy or maintain your own MCP server.

  • POS data storage

Available data from your supported connected POS is stored on Feast. You do not need to provision a separate database to use it.

  • Data imports and a common model

Feast imports supported POS records and makes them available through a shared restaurant-data interface. Available fields and history depend on your source.

  • Tools your AI can use

Your supported AI client can discover the data fields and query available restaurant records through the hosted connection.

You and your AI can build reports and custom workflows on this maintained data foundation. Additional services, scheduling and hosting for your own apps may still need their own setup.

What to know

Your AI provider and any additional third-party services may charge separately. Paid Feast products, hosting for arbitrary custom apps and unlimited custom workflow development are not included. The connector cannot recover records your old POS no longer provides.

How to Get Toast Data into Google Sheets

Compare the help, not just the product names.

Start with the job you need done. You can connect data without buying managed marketing, run an influencer program without buying a loyalty product, or get an analysis before choosing a campaign.
