What Do You Get With Remy? What the Software Handles and What Costs Extra
$300/month per location: $150 Remy + $150 creator recruitment ads. See what Remy handles, what you decide, and which costs remain separate.
Remy handles the back-and-forth of running a restaurant influencer program. Interested local influencers apply to work with your restaurant; you approve the people and their content, while Remy handles booking, messages, reminders, rescheduling, and file follow-up. Remy is $300 a month per location: $150 for Remy and $150 for creator recruitment ad spend. There is no per-influencer software charge.
The food you provide and any additional payment you agree with an influencer are separate.
You approve the influencers. Remy handles the coordination.
Finding someone who wants a free meal is only the beginning. You still need to agree on a visit, confirm the date, remind them, handle a reschedule, collect the video, and follow up if it does not arrive.
“This is why I hire people, because I don't want to do it.”Restaurant owner during Remy onboarding, May 2026
That is the work Remy is built to take off your hands. You set the restaurant's offer and availability, review the applicants, and approve the content. Remy manages the repetitive communication around those decisions. Unusual requests and restaurant-side decisions still come back to you.
The back-and-forth is substantial. In Remy's August 29, 2026 data pull, 336 completed influencer visits involved about 25 SMS message events per visit. About 94% happened at or after approval. Those are message counts, not a claim about hours saved, but they show why the work does not end when an influencer says yes.
What is included—and what you fund separately?
| Included in Remy | Separate restaurant costs |
|---|---|
| Recruitment setup and incoming applications | Included: $150 of the $300 for creator recruitment ads |
| Applicant review and visit coordination | The food and drinks included in your offer |
| Booking messages, reminders, and rescheduling | Any additional influencer compensation agreed in writing |
| Content collection and follow-up | Any customer-facing ads you choose to run with the content |
You choose the offer influencers apply for. That means you can start with a food credit rather than negotiating a different deal with everyone who responds. The offer still needs to be attractive to local influencers; a software subscription does not make an unappealing offer work.
If you agree to an extra payment, additional work, or a bonus for actually running the content as an ad, put that in the agreement before the visit. Those costs are not an extra per-influencer software fee charged by Remy. For the distinction, see when restaurants need to pay food influencers.
Are you buying a fixed number of videos?
“Am I getting 20 video though?”Restaurant prospect, May 2026
You are buying the software that recruits and coordinates influencers, not a prepaid package of 20 finished videos. The number you get depends on local applications, your offer and recruitment budget, whom you approve, and whether the agreed work is completed.
This is also why you do not pay Remy another software fee each time you invite a good influencer back. You are building direct relationships with people who have already experienced the restaurant and whose work you know.
For a repeat program, that distinction matters more than a one-time introduction. You can spend your attention choosing the people and content you like, rather than starting every month with a new round of DMs.
What do you still need to do?
Choose what you want influencers to experience, decide the food credit, and give your team suitable days and times to host them. Review applicants and approve content against the written agreement.
You also need someone at the restaurant who knows the visit is happening. Software can send the confirmation; it cannot greet the influencer or fix a service problem at the table.
The finished content gives you something to publish and potentially use in advertising under the agreed rights. It does not, by itself, establish how many customers came because of it. That is a separate measurement question covered in our restaurant influencer marketing guide.
Remy makes sense when the follow-up is what keeps you from doing this consistently
If you want local influencers coming back regularly, but do not want to personally chase every booking and video, that is the problem Remy solves.
